Prohibited Items and Conduct
- The use of narcotics, illegal drugs, or any banned substances during our tours is strictly prohibited. Oakwood Travels will not be responsible for any incidents arising from such usage.
- Carrying weapons, fireworks, or hazardous substances is forbidden. Any violation of Indian laws will be handled by the authorities, and Oakwood Travels disclaims any liability for legal consequences.
- Oakwood Travels reserves the right to remove any participant from the tour without refund if their behavior violates camp rules or is inappropriate towards other travelers.

Safety and Property
- Oakwood Travels is responsible for your safety only within the designated camping premises. We are not liable for any incidents occurring outside these areas.
- Guests must take full responsibility for any damage or loss of campsite property such as tents, mattresses, pillows, or other equipment and reimburse the full replacement cost.
- A valid government-issued ID must be carried by all guests at all times during the tour.

Visitors and Access
- Only registered campers staying with Oakwood Travels are permitted inside the campsite. If you plan to bring guests, prior approval from the management is mandatory.

Facilities and Payments
- Hot water availability is not guaranteed.
- Tour slots will be confirmed only after full payment is received.
- Oakwood Travels accepts no responsibility for injuries, loss, or theft of personal belongings during the tour.

Transportation and Itinerary
- In case of transport breakdowns or delays en route, travelers must wait until repairs are completed. Backup transport will not be provided.
- Oakwood Travels is not responsible for delays or changes caused by natural hazards, accidents, weather conditions, political issues, or any unforeseen circumstances. Additional costs or missed activities due to such delays are not covered.
- The trip coordinator reserves the right to alter the itinerary as needed due to on-the-spot conditions.

Cancellation and Refunds
- Registrations and bookings are final and non-refundable. Exchanges or cancellations are not permitted.
